How we can help

Contact & business details

Use the details below or send the repair request form.

Requesting a visit

Use the form on this site or the call button in the header. Describe what you see in plain words: a burner that clicks but never catches, an oven that stays cold, an induction zone that goes dark, a hood that hums without moving air. We read every request, confirm a window with you and arrange the visit around your schedule.

Office hours

We take requests Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Requests that arrive outside those hours are picked up when the next day opens. Sundays are closed.

What to have ready

  • The model and serial plate details. Our guide to finding your La Cornue model number shows where the plate usually sits.
  • The fuel type: gas, dual fuel or induction, and whether the home runs on natural gas or propane.
  • The exact symptom, when it began and whether anything changed beforehand, such as a remodel, a power outage or a move of the range.
  • Any message on the induction display, written down exactly. The error codes section explains the ones we cover.
  • Access notes: gate codes, parking, stairs, an alarm, or a house manager who will let us in.

Safety first

If you smell gas, leave the house, do not touch switches and call the gas utility or 911 from outside. If you notice a burning smell or sparks, turn the range off at the breaker. These are not situations to wait out for a booking.

Service area

We travel across San Francisco, the Peninsula, Marin, the East Bay, the South Bay and the Napa and Sonoma valleys. The locations index lists every area we cover. If yours is not listed, send the request anyway and we will tell you whether we can reach it.

If you manage the property

Tell us who will be present, who approves the written estimate and how long access is available. For vacation homes and estates, say whether the gas and power are left on between stays.

What happens after you send it

You will hear back with a proposed window. At the visit the technician diagnoses the fault first, then gives you a written estimate. No work starts until you approve it. Browse the services if you want to see how we approach your appliance before you book.
